It's easy to become a SPEC Super member - just follow the steps below.

 

Step 1

Download a copy of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement or contact SPEC Super for a copy on 1300 366 648.

 

Step 2

Read through the information in the relevant Product Disclosure Statement carefully before completing the Member Application. When filling out the Member Application, please remember to:

1. Complete the Member Details section
2. Complete the Employer Details section
3. Provide your Tax File Number (TFN) to avoid paying more tax than necessary
4. Tick the Member Online box for secure internet access
5. Customise your insurance
6. Nominate your preferred beneficiary(s) or make a binding death nomination
7. Choose your preferred investment option.

Step 3

Sign and date your Member Application.
